The present applications have been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 219/2020 dated 08.08.2020, for offences under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Jamia Nagar. 2.

The present FIR has already been quashed by a separate order passed by this Court today in W.P.(CRL) 1471/2020. 3.

In view of the above, the present bail applications are dismissed as infructuous.
