Petitioner herein seeks quashing of FIR No. 0432/2025 dated 25.11.2025, registered at Police Station Pul Prahlad Pur, for commission of offences under Sections 33/52 Delhi Excise Act, 2010. 2.
As per the allegations appearing in the FIR, a vehicle Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor bearing No. DL7CAS0001 was intercepted and the person driving the same was interrogated and from the checking of the vehicle, illicit liquor was recovered.

During investigation it was found that the abovesaid vehicle was registered in the name of petitioner-Ms. Jyoti Kohli. 4.
Quashing is being sought for the reason that the abovesaid vehicle never belonged to the petitioner and she never signed any document for the purposes of purchasing such vehicle and never applied for any VIP number CRL.M.C. 4382/2026 1 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. However, as per the learned APP, the requisite documents were collected from the Transport Authority which indicates that the petitioner herein had applied for VIP number and had been given the abovesaid VIP number.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the contentions before the learned Trial Court at the time of arguments on charge. 7.
He also seeks liberty to file other appropriate judicial remedy, in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, as withdrawn. 9.
Pending applications also stand disposed of.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
