By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 385/2010 dated 27.11.2010, registered under Sections 302/24 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Uttam Nagar, District West, Delhi. 2.
This is the third application for bail filed by the present applicant before this Court.

The applicant's previous bail application was dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 18.12.2025 in BAIL APPLN. 4906/2025. 4.
In view of the above, Mr. Priyam Kaushik, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application, without prejudice to the applicant's right to file a fresh bail application in the BAIL APPLN. 2149/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In the event such a request is made before the learned Trial Court, the learned Trial Court is requested to consider the same in accordance with its own Board and the age of the matters pending before it. 5.
The application, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of the parties in any future application are left open.
