In order dated 24.01.2024, this Court had noted that the matter has been pending since the year 2019 and no steps have been taken by the petitioner for service of notice on the Respondent No. 2. Final opportunity was granted to the petitioner for taking necessary steps for the service of notice on Respondent No. 2, subject to payment of cost of ₹5,000/-. 2.

Today, none appears for the petitioner. The report indicates that the process fee is filed by the petitioner but same is under objection and no steps have been taken to rectify the objection.

The petitioner does not appear to be interested in pursuing the present petition.
