% 04.10.2016 CM No. 36964/2016 (for correction) By the present application, the petitioner seeks correction of certain typographical errors in judgment dated 29.08.2016. It is pointed that in para 2, the address of the property is mentioned as "3820-3830, Arya Samaj Road, Regarpura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-5". It is submitted that the same may be read as "3827-3830, Arya Samaj Road, Regarpura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-5".

It is further stated that in various paras, there is a reference to "respondent" whereas it should be "respondents". The application is allowed and the corrections may be read as part of the order dated 29.08.2016.
