Learned counsel for the appellant has drawn our attention to the applications i.e., CM APPL. 14782/2026 & CM APPL. 14761/2026, for withdrawal of appeals, in view of the settlement agreement dated 19.02.2026 entered between the parties.

The appellant wishes to withdraw the appeals with a liberty to revive the same in the eventuality, the settlement agreement is not acted upon by the parties.
