The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs: The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

In essence, the petitioner seeks compliance of the order passed by the Appellate Tribunal MCD ('ATMCD') on 11th February, 2020. 3.

Mr. Kapil Dutta, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-MCD submits that the petitioner has also filed a civil suit against the private respondent as well as MCD which is pending before the Tis Hazari Courts. 4.

In the said civil suit, a status report has been filed on behalf of the respondent-MCD. The relevant extract from the said status report is set out below:

Mr. Dutta submits that the directions passed by the ATMCD in the order dated 11th February, 2020 shall be fully complied with. 6.

Taking the aforesaid statement on record, the present writ petition is disposed of.

Liberty is given to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law in the event he is aggrieved by the decision. 8.

All rights, contentions and legal remedies of the parties are kept open. 9.

Pending application stands closed.
