Earlier, the petitioner had filed a writ petition, being W.P.(C) 890/2026, which was disposed of vide order dated 22nd January, 2026, directing the respondent/MCD to decide the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner. 4.

The said representation has been decided by the respondent/MCD by an order dated 17th April, 2026. In the said order, MCD has categorically stated that no cattle were picked up or impounded by MCD either on 27th March, 2025 or in the last week of September, 2025, from the house of the petitioner at Tughlakabad Extension. The petitioner has also furnished three videos in a pen drive to the respondent/MCD. The said videos have also been duly considered by the respondent/MCD in the speaking order. The observations in relation to the videos are set out below:- 6.

At best, the contentions raised in the present petition are disputed questions of fact which cannot be adjudicated in proceedings under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
