On 17.03.2026, the learned Joint Registrar passed the following order:- "1. Vide order dated 19.07.2023, the present matter was adjourned sine die by the Hon'ble Court on accepting the bank guarantee.

2. Ld. Counsel for Judgement Debtor submits that appeal filed by Judgement Debtor has been allowed and appeal filed by Decree Holder has been dismissed on 20.02.2026 and decree has been set aside.

3. The synopsis of the matter be sent to concerned judicial branch.

4. Re-notify the matter before the Hon'ble Court for further directions on 8th April, 2026. "
