2. In the interest of justice, the Registry is directed to issue Court Notice to the petitioner at the address mentioned in the memo of parties and to learned counsel on record for the petitioner.

3. In the event the petitioner does not enter appearance despite compliance, it may be presumed that the petition does not survive for adjudication.
