Criminal Leave Petition under Section 378(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as 'Cr.P.C.') read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner to set-aside the Judgment dated 21.03.2022 of learned ACMM-01, Rouse Avenue District Courts, New Delhi vide Complaint Case ID No. 4/2019. Hence, the Leave to Appeal is sought.

For the reasons stated in the Leave Petition and the submissions made, the same is allowed.
