By way of the present application, the petitioner/applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition i.e. W.P.(C) 8790/2021 with liberty to submit a representation to the respondent seeking redressal of its grievance and also seeking a direction that the said representation be disposed of by The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Considering the averments made in the application, the same is allowed.

Accordingly, W.P.(C) 8790/2021 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to submit appropriate representation to the respondent for redressal of its grievance. The said representation shall be decided by the respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of submission thereof.

Needless to say, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the outcome of the aforesaid exercise, it shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
