The Bail Application under Section 438 of CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of Anticipatory Bail in FIR No. 63/2017 under Sections 406/409/420/120B of the IPC Act, registered at Police Station EOW, Delhi.

Vide Order dated 30.05.2019, interim protection was granted to the petitioner. It was observed that the petitioner shall join the investigation till then no coercive steps were directed to be taken against the petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the learned APP for the State that the main chargessheet already stands filed against the petitioner, though a supplementary charge-sheet is required to be filed.

Considering that the FIR was registered on 17.04.2017 and the investigations have already been concluded and the charge-sheet filed and also that the accused had throughout the investigation co-operated and are now facing the trial, it is directed that in the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released forthwith, with the following conditions:- a) The petitioner shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/Court. b) The petitioner shall not contact, nor visit, nor offer any inducement, threat or promise to any of the prosecution witnesses or other persons acquainted with the facts of case. The petitioner shall not tamper with evidence nor otherwise indulge in any act or omission that is unlawful or that would prejudice the proceedings in the pending trial.

c) The applicant shall join the investigations as and when directed by the IO.

d) The applicant shall produce all the requisite information, documents in his power and possession, as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
