% 12.02.2016 The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to expedite the verification process of the petitioner's Honduras Visa and upon such verification to release his passport at the earliest. The petitioner also prays for quashing of the seizure memo dated 26th August, 2015 issued by the Indian Immigration Control, IGI Airport, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 states that upon verification, petitioner's visa has been found to be genuine. He states that in fact, respondent No. 2 has already issued a letter dated 12th January, 2016 to the petitioner asking him to collect his passport. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has

not received any such letter.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to hand over the petitioner's passport to the petitioner during the course of the day against a receipt.
