The Plaintiff filed the present suit alleging infringement of their trademark "Pocket" and its variants including "Pocket HRMS". Their grievance is that the Defendant's mark "pockethr" amounts to infringement and passing off of Plaintiff's trademark.

Parties have executed Settlement Agreement dated 3rd May, 2024, before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, which is accompanied with a Board Resolution in favour of authorised representatives of Plaintiffs and Defendant.

Counsel for the parties mentioned in the appearance above confirm the terms of settlement and pray for the suit to be decreed in terms thereof. 4.

Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in favour of the Plaintiffs and against the Defendant, in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 3rd May 2024, which shall form part of the decree. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement.

In view of the fact that parties have arrived at a compromise, Registry is directed to issue a certificate for refund of full Court fees, in favour of the Plaintiff.
