By way of this application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 118/2026 dated 07.05.2026, registered at Police Station Crime Branch, Delhi, under Section 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Sections 63/65 of the Copyright Act, 1957. 2.
After some arguments, Mr. Gursimar Preet Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application. 3.
Accordingly, the bail application, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
