The present Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India along with under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of RCDAI-2019-A-0003, under Section 120B IPC read with Sections 419/420/468/471 IPC, registered by the CBI against the Petitioner through Mr.Chandra Shekhar Verma, its Managing Director. 2.

Learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI submits that ChargeSheet has already been filed, in which admittedly the Petitioner is not named.

Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that in the Charge-Sheet, Petitioner has been named as Prosecution Witness No.6. 4.
