This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. CRL.M.A. 6777/2025 2.

The present application under Section 484 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Section 440 read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.) seeks the following prayers:- "1. To, kindly allow the modification in bail order dated 29.11.2024, passed by the Hon'ble High court, Delhi in bail application No. 2265/2023, to the extent that the condition mentioned in Para No. 9 of the bail order may kindly be modified to the extent the bail bond amount may be reduced to Rs. 15,000/- and the condition of requiring the VISA be removed.

2. Pass any other order which this hon'ble court may deem fit and proper, in the interest of justice."

In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed. 5.

The applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one surety of like amount and condition in para 7 (i) vide order dated 29.11.2024 is modified to the extent that in terms of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Frank Vitus v. Narcotics Control Bureau & Ors, 2025 INSC 30, the State shall immediately communicate the order granting bail, to the concerned Foreign Registration Officer appointed under Rule 3 of the Registration of Foreigners Rules, 1992, who in turn, shall communicate the order to all concerned authorities including civil authorities in order to enable them to take appropriate steps under the Foreigners Act, 1946, the Registration of Foreigners Rules, 1992 and Foreigners Order, 1948, in accordance with law. 6.

The application is disposed of.
