By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seeks direction to the respondent nos.1 to 3 to stop harassment of the petitioner/ complainant and to provide police protection through Beat Constable of the area to the petitioner and also direction to the respondent nos.1 to 2 to immediately take legal steps on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.08.2025 and 08.08.2025 as also other ancillary reliefs.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law, including, filing the same with better particulars with the latest developments mentioned therein.
