% 28.08.2019 CM APPL No.38500/2019 On 31.07.2019 the appellant gave a statement they would vacate the premises on or before 31.10.2019 and on their doing so the respondent shall not charge any mesne profit and prior to leaving they shall not create any third party interest would not make any addition, alteration or damages to the subject premises. To secure the premises, the respondent wish to visit the suit property but the appellant is denying his access to the premises, hence the respondent seeks permission.

Issue notice to the non-applicant through all modes and also through counsel including dasti notice returnable on 30.08.2019. Order dasti.
