The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the Petitioner for issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus, Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter, "BNSS"), for tracing, locating, and producing Master 'U' and Master 'I' before this Court, along with a supporting affidavit.

Further directions are sought against Respondent No. 4/father, who has the custody and control of the Petitioner's children, to produce them before this Court, and for the children to undergo psychological and psychiatric counselling sessions conducted by qualified experts, and that they be permitted to meet the Petitioner and her family members. in which they are presently studying.

On advance notice, Respondent No. 4 along with the learned counsel, has appeared. It is submitted that the Petitioner is regularly talking to the children over WhatsApp. Furthermore, there is presently no intention to remove the children, from the school where they are presently studying. Respondent no. 4 also states that he would give at least 15 days prior notice, in case the school of the children is to be changed. It is also submitted that the whereabouts of the children are well known to the Petitioner, the children being in the custody of Respondent No.4.

In these circumstances, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition, with liberty to approach the Guardian Court/D.V. Court, for appropriate relief. 5.

The Petition along with pending application(s), if any, is disposed of accordingly. It is, however, clarified that Respondent No.4 shall remain bound by his statement recorded herein.
