By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: "(a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction directing the Respondents, particularly Respondent No. 1 and 2, to stay and put on hold the construction of the property bearing No. S-224, Greater Kailash-1, New Delhi:-110048; and (b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction directing the Respondents, particularly Respondent No. 3 to stay and put on hold the construction of the property bearing No. S-224, Greater The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. (c) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction directing the Respondents, particularly Respondent No.1 and 2, calling upon them to demolish the third floor, presently under constriction, of the property No. S-224, Greater Kailash-1, New Delhi:-110048 and bring the building in conformity with the sanctioned plan; and"

At the outset, learned senior counsel for the respondent no.3, upon instructions, submits that petitioner and respondent no.3 have reached at an amicable solution yesterday and have agreed to carry out the necessary repairs in consonance with the grievance addressed by the petitioner. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner does not wish to press for the present petition and seeks liberty to withdraw the same. As such, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. 4.

Accordingly, the present petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
