The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to respondent no. 3 (District Collector, District North West, Kanjhawala) to effect recovery in compliance with the Recovery Certificate dated 08.10.2018.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.3 states that efforts would be made for recovery in terms of the said Recovery Notice, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of.
