The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, read with Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers:- "(a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing a fair and impartial investigation authorities to act upon the complaint dated 13.05.2026 and to register First Information Report in accordance with law based on the allegations disclosed therein; AND/OR The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. (b) Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction directing the competent supervisory authority to consider and decide the Petitioner's written complaint submitted to the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Ghazipur, East and to take consequential action in accordance with law within a time-bound period; AND/OR (c) Issue or pass any writ, direction or order, which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned Standing Counsel (Crl.) appearing on behalf of the State submits that the complaint of the petitioner has been referred to CAW Cell, and the concerned IO will contact the petitioner within a period of three days. 5.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 6.

Leave and liberty granted.
