By virtue of the present appeal, the appellant seeks setting aside of the order dated 22.05.2026 (impugned order) passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) 5313/2025, as also interim directions staying the execution of the Award dated 05.03.2026 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal-I, Rouse Avenue District Courts, New Delhi in POIT No.1092/2016, which is under challenge in W.P.(C) 5313/2025. 2.

For ease of convenience, the impugned order is reproduced hereunder:- "CM APPL.35609/2026 (Early Hearing)

1. This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking early hearing.

2. The matter is coming up for hearing on 14.07.2026. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 03/06/2026 at 12:40:49

3. Considering the position of the board of this Court, it is not possible to prepone the date of hearing.

As such, since the aforesaid order has been passed by the learned Single Judge considering the Board position, as also since the next date of hearing fixed in the matter is 14.07.2026, this Court does not see any reasons for interfering therewith.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed. However, the learned Single Judge is requested to adjudicate upon W.P.(C) 5313/2025 as expeditiously as possible, albeit in view of its Board position.
