There is no appearance on behalf of the appellant when the matter is taken up for hearing.

It appears from the order sheets that the appellant has not been represented on the last four dates of hearing. By an order dated 21.04.2023 of the learned Registrar it was recorded that steps have not been taken to complete service and costs imposed by the Court have also not been paid.

The Court therefore recorded on 25.08.2023, that if no one appears on behalf of the appellant on the next date of hearing, the appeal would be dismissed for non-prosecution. Three further dates of hearing have passed, but the appellant has still not entered appearance or complied with the earlier orders.
