The present revision petition is filed under section 25(B) (8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 to impugn the order dated 31.03.2023 passed by ACJ-CCJ-ARC (East), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in RC no.27/2020. 2.

Ms. Kamna Vohra, Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner on instructions stated that the petitioner has handed over the vacant possession of the tenanted premises and as such, the present revision petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, she seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Mr. Pankaj Kapoor who is stated to be special power attorney of the respondent/Leena Kapoor stated that as per the information, the petitioner has delivered the key of the tenanted premises through his advocate and he does not have any objection, if the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the present petition.
