By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners inter alia seek quashing of the illegal demolition action carried out by respondent nos.3 and 4 at the subject property of the petitioners on 25.05.2026.

At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent nos.3 and 4 submit that part demolition of the subject property is already over. 3.
In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedies, as available, in accordance with law, including filing of a fresh writ petition.
