W.P.(C) 6171/2019 & C.M. No. 26536/2019 The petitioner assails the order dated 20.05.2019, whereby the petitioner's interim application M.A. No. 666/2019 has been declined. The petitioner had sought stay of the penalty of 20% cut in pension for a period of ten years imposed upon her vide order dated 07.08.2018. O.A. No. 572/2019 had been filed by the petitioner to assail the said penalty and she had moved the stay application with the Original
Application.
Considering the fact that the Original Application is listed before the Tribunal on 09.07.2019, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. However, we make it clear that on the next date of hearing, no adjournment shall be sought or be granted to either of the parties. In case, the respondents wish to file their reply before the Tribunal, they shall do so within 4 weeks, failing which their right of filing the same shall stand closed.
