O R D E R

By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking furlough for a period of three weeks.

Notice. Ms.Kamna Vohra, A.S.C. for the State accepts notice of this writ petition and has placed on record the nominal roll of the petitioner as per which the Petitioner has been granted parole w.e.f. 21.11.2015 to 22.12.2015 by GNCT.

As per Parole/Furlough Guidelines-2010, a minimum period of six months ought to have been elapsed from the date of termination of the previous parole/furlough.

In the given facts and circumstances, the prayer of the Petitioner for releasing him on furlough is hereby rejected. 5.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

6.

Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
