% 30.09.2019 Learned counsel for the appellants submits that both the appellants namely Badle S/o Sh. Bhola and Hari Kishan S/o Sh. Bhola have expired. The death of both the appellants has been verified by the concerned SHO and a report has been placed on record.

In view of the above, the proceedings against the appellants stand abated.
