By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks setting aside of the order dated 09.01.2023 in execution proceedings passed by Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court, Patiala House Court, New Delhi. 3.

On the first date of hearing, NBWs, issued against the petitioner, were stayed subject to the petitioner making payment of Rs.1 lac. The said payment was not made as reflected in the next date order dated 24.11.2023. Petitioner was additionally directed to serve the respondent. The process fee was filed for the first time however, it remained under objection. Thereafter, despite the matter being listed on four dates, no steps have been taken by the petitioner to serve the respondent. Petitioner remained unrepresented on the last date of hearing as well as today.
