Office report indicates that petitioner No. 2 had been served court notice issued vide order dated 20.07.2022; though court notice issued on 10.07.2025 remains unserved on petitioner No.1, since petitioner No.1 is stated to have left their residential address. In view of the above, it appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present petition.
