By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: - "a. admit the writ petition against the respondents. b. please to ISSUE writ of mandamus or any other writ/direction as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case whereby direction may be issued to Respondent No 1 to Respondent No 3 that before final publication of list of further eligible vendor for grant of COV the petitioner grievance dated 13.05.2026 may be addressed giving full and fair opportunity of hearing to him in accordance with law considering all documents and records submitted by him on 06.10.2025 as well as uploaded on their portal. Direction may be issued to the Director enforcement/R-4 and other officials subordinate to him in the mean time to do not harass and disturb the petitioner from his present vending site i.e. opposite Shop No 136, Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi in view of protection accorded to him under order dated orders dated 12.05.2011, 20.05.2011 and 24.10.2011 passed in in WP (C) no. 3196/2011 and order dated 12.12.2012 passed in WP (C) No. 5693/2012 of this Hon'ble Court."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 4 accepts notice. She, without adverting to the merits, at the outset submits that the representation dated 13.05.2026 made by the petitioner shall be decided within a period of four weeks after giving an opportunity of hearing. 6.

As such the present petition is disposed in the aforesaid terms. 7.
