The Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuing directions to SHO, Police Station Nihal Vihar, to provide him police protection against the respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 2.
The petitioner is father of the respondent Nos. 2 and 3, who has submitted that he faces a threat to his life from his sons, who have an eye on his property.

On instructions, it is stated on behalf of the State that on the first day itself, the number of the Beat Constable was shared with the petitioner. However, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though initially, the Beat Constable was visiting but since last many days, none has been visiting The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Considering the submissions made, the SHO is hereby directed to share his number, as well as, that of the Beat Constable with the petitioner and shall remain in touch in case of any call received from the petitioner. It is further directed that the Beat Constable shall visit the petitioner at least once in a week, to ensure his well being.
