This appeal is directed against the orders dated 27.10.2021 and 22.04.2022 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Dwarka, New Delhi. 2.

Via order dated 27.10.2021, the learned Judge dismissed the divorce petition filed by the appellant/husband for non-prosecution. 3.

The record also discloses that an application for restoration was filed, which was also dismissed via order dated 22.04.2022 as the appellant/husband could not furnish any reason for failure to file his affidavit-of-evidence.

Insofar as this Court is concerned, the appellant was not present on the previous date, i.e. 07.12.2023.
