W.P.(CRL) 1664/2019 In view of the circumstance that, Ms. Nancy, the 27 year old wife of the petitioner, has appeared before us today, along with the minor son of the parties, namely, Tanish @ Arav; and states that, she wants to reside independently from her husband; learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Amit, the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition.

Leave granted.
