In the FIR No.287/2019 registered by Police Station Ranhola, allegations have been made by the complainant Suman Maurya about an incident that occurred some time around 9:15 a.m. on 12.05.2019, wherein after collision involving a three wheeler motor vehicle driven by Ram Babu, an altercation took place in which the petitioner Ram Babu and his close relatives, i.e., the other petitioners Laxmi Devi and Lalita are stated to have assaulted the opposite party including Om Prakash, Suman Maurya and Smt. Geeta Devi. The medical examination of the three said persons does confirm injuries having been suffered but then they were found to be simple and blunt. It is noted that petitioner Ram Babu had also suffered injuries in the same incident.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer in the petitions are granted.

Thus, it is directed that in the event of the petitioners being arrested, they shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount each, subject to the following further conditions (i) The petitioners shall continue cooperating with the investigation and join the same as and when called upon to do so; (ii) The petitioners shall not come in contact with or try to influence any of the witnesses connected to the case; (iii) Prior to their release, they shall give the telephone numbers of self and of at least one other responsible family member besides that of the surety to the investigating officer;
(iv) They shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence;
(v) They shall not leave India without the prior permission of the court of cognizance or the trial court, as the case may be, and to ensure due compliance with this condition and shall deposit their passports, if they holds one, with the said court.
This order will inure only till the date of first appearance of the petitioners in the event of a charge-sheet being filed on conclusion of the investigation and process being issued against them by the court of cognizance.
