By virtue of the present petition under Sections 10 and 13 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent no.2 /contemnors for wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 20.05.2026 passed in W.P.(C) No. 832/2026 as also other ancillary reliefs.

Learned counsels for the respondents accept notice respectively. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.1/ MCD submits that respondent no.1/ MCD does not have any role to play. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent no.2/DDA, without adverting to the merits involved, submits that the present petition shall be treated as a representation and an outcome thereof will be pronounced within a period of one week from today, and a communication thereof shall be send to the petitioner within a period of three days thereafter as well.

As such, since nothing remains in the present petition, the same is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
