Learned counsel for the landlord appearing through video conferencing submits that vacant, peaceful and physical possession of the subject premises has already been, handed over to/ taken over by, the landlord on 30.12.2024. He submits that since the tenant has not paid the user and occupation charges as fixed by this Court, he seeks liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings qua that in accordance with law. 2.

As such relying upon N.C. Daga vs. Inder Mohan Singh Rana [2003(1) SCC 453] and Vinod Kumar Verma vs. Manmohan Verma & Anr. [Civil Appeal Nos.5220-5221 of 2008, order dated 19.08.2008], the present petition has become infructuous as there is nothing remaining therein.
