This application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed on behalf of the Decree Holder seeking modification of the Order dated 07.11.2024 passed by this Court.

Learned Counsel for the Decree Holder states that instead of directing service on the Contemnor/Judgment Debtor in the Order dated 07.11.2024, this Court should have issued directions for issuance of Non-Bailable Warrants (NBWs) against the Judgment Debtor as done by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Order dated 10.07.2024. 3.

It is not known whether the earlier Non-Bailable Warrants (NBWs) issued against the Judgment Debtor have been executed or not and considering the same this Court does not find it appropriate to modify the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Be that as it may, it is always open for the Decree Holder to move a fresh application for issuance of NBWs against the Judgment Debtor by relying on earlier Orders passed by this Court. 5.
