At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the grievance raised by the petitioner has already been taken care of by the respondent, the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with the present petition.

It is submitted that due to the above said reason only, the petitioner has moved the above said application seeking withdrawal of the writ petition.

In view of the above, the application as aforesaid is allowed and, resultantly, the writ petition is also disposed of as not pressed. 4.

The next date of 04.03.2025 is cancelled.
