By way of present application, the petitioners seek restoration of the caption writ petition which was dismissed in default vide order dated 16.12.2024.

At the first call, none appeared on behalf of the respondents. At the second call, learned counsel for respondent No. 3 appears and states that he has no objection to the prayer made in the application. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the present application is allowed and the petition is restored at its original number. 4.
