During the course of hearing, the following cheques have been (issued by the respondent in favour of the petitioner) handed over by the learned senior counsel for the respondent:

It is assured and undertaken by the learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from the respondent, who appears virtually, that the said cheques shall be duly honoured on presentation. In addition to the aforesaid cheques, it is further undertaken by the respondent that an amount of Rs.2,00,000/-, shall be paid to the petitioner on or before 31.07.2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioner accedes that realisation of the aforesaid payments in the manner aforesaid, shall constitute as full and final settlement of the outstanding claims of the petitioner against the respondent. 5.

Taking on record the aforesaid undertaking/s of the respondent, the present petition stands disposed of.
