The present petition under section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 seeks the following prayers: - "(a) Allow the present Petition and set aside the impugned order dated 12.05.2026 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, 04, East District Karkardooma Court Delhi whereby the Ld. ASJ dismissed the Criminal Revision No. 136/2026;

b) Pass any such further order(s) in as may be deemed fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
