First Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Section 439 Cr.P.C.) read with Section 528 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 (under Section 482 Cr.P.C.), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for grant of Interim Bail for a period of 60 days in FIR No. 587/2022 under Section 302/120B/34 IPC and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Paschim Vihar East, on the medical grounds. 2.
Status Report has been filed on behalf of the State. Let the same be taken on record.

It is submitted that the Interim Bail was granted on 07.04.2026 on medical grounds. He suffers from multiple medical complications and had been advised surgery. It is submitted that the surgery has been performed on 05.06.2026. As per the medical record submitted by the State, it is reported that the patient's condition is fluctuating and he has been advised doctor's supervision throughout the recovery. It is, therefore, reported that the Applicant would take 25-30 days for recovery. Considering the submissions made, the Applicant is granted 45 days' extension of Interim Bail on the same terms and conditions as imposed vide Order dated 07.04.2026.
