Further to the orders dated 15.09.2025 and 08.10.2025, learned counsel for both parties state that the disputes have been resolved in terms of the Sumpattikar Niptaan Yojana ["SUNIYO Scheme"]. 2.

Ms. Pragti Bhatia, learned counsel for the respondents, confirms that with the tax for the current year and the preceding five years having been paid, the previous dues will stand waived in terms of the SUNIYO Scheme.

In view of the above, no further orders are required in this writ petition.
