The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the dispute between the petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3 have now settled. They seek to withdraw the present petition. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.4 also concurs with the statement that the disputes have been amicably settled.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The pending application is also dismissed.
