This is an application preferred on behalf of the applicant Sunita W/o Sh. Surender Singh under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 128/2020 dated 20.03.2020 under Sections 304B/498A/406/34 IPC registered at PS: Hari Nagar.

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the trial court after the bank witnesses being PW-15 and PW-17 are examined. 3.
