The present application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the BNSS seeks extension of interim bail granted to the applicant in FIR No. 591/2024, under Sections 103(1)/109(1)/238/333/324/190/3(5) of the BNS read with Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, registered at P.S. Narela, for a further period of 20 days.

Vide order dated 26.05.2026, learned Coordinate Bench of this Court in BAIL APPLN. 2126/2026 had extended the interim bail granted to the applicant by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 04.05.2026. records, the said interim bail granted by the learned Trial Court was, subsequently, extended vide orders dated 13.05.2026, and 18.05.2026, and finally was dismissed vide order dated 25.05.2026. 5.
The aforesaid order dated 26.05.2026, granting extension of bail by the learned Coordinate Bench was passed post the dismissal order dated 25.05.2026 by observing as under:- "9. Be that as it may, by way of abundant indulgence and considering the facts that the petitioner's wife has undergone surgery as recently as on 20.05.2026, the present petition is disposed-of, extending the petitioner's interim bail by 01 week with effect from today, subject to the same conditions as were imposed by the learned Sessions Court initially vidé order dated 04.05.2026."

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant's wife has not fully recovered, and still needs continuous medical treatment/care, and as a last indulgence, he seeks further extension of interim bail for a period of one week, and submits that no further extension shall be sought. 7.
Learned APP for the State opposes the present application on the ground that enough extension had been granted to the present applicant. 8.
In view of the averments made and in the interest of justice, the present application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. 9.
The interim bail granted to the applicant by learned Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.05.2026 is further extended on the same terms and conditions as were imposed by the learned Sessions Court initially vide order dated 04.05.2026 for a further period of one week with effect from today. 10.
It is made clear that no further extension shall be sought and the applicant shall make necessary arrangements for his wife's post-surgical care. 11.
